  OPENWAVE'S CLIENT SOFTWARE TECHNOLOGY FEATURED IN DEMOMOBILE CORE TECHNOLOGIES SEGMENT
  

  What: DEMOmobile has selected Openwave Systems to reveal the latest breakthroughs in client software innovation for mobile technologies.

Who: Thomas Reardon, general manager and vice president of the Client Product Group at Openwave, will present, "At the Core: Breakthroughs in Embedded Systems and Core Components."

This segment features new mobile technology that extend the platforms on which applications and devices will be delivered in the near future. Openwave is among the honored few chosen to demonstrate at DEMOmobile, an industry event that enables executives, media and investors to preview the most significant products and trends to affect the mobile and wireless markets.

When: Thursday, September 18, 2003 from 11:13 a.m. PST to 11:19 a.m. PST. The entirety of DEMOmobile is Wednesday, September 17, 2003 at 12:00 p.m. PST through Friday, September 19, 2003 at 3:00 p.m. PST.
