Bruce T. Coleman is interim chief executive officer of Openwave. He is focused on executing Openwave's corporate strategy and growing Openwave's global market share with innovative communication products and services.
As a software and technology veteran, Bruce has served as CEO or interim CEO for over 15 companies, public and private. He was CEO of Boole & Babbage, Inc., Information Sciences, Inc. and Walker Interactive Products. He also served as COO of Informatics General.
His interim CEO assignments include Computer Network Technologies, Percipient, Vernier Networks, WatchGuard, Inc. and Websense, where he currently serves as a director. Most recently, Bruce was interim CEO for Webtrends Inc., a provider of internet analytics and online marketing solutions.
Bruce holds a B.A. in Economics from Trinity College and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.

As chief financial officer, Karen Willem oversees Openwave's finance, information technology, human resources, legal and facilities departments. Karen is a veteran of the technology industry with more than 25 years experience in finance, sales and general management.
Prior to Openwave, Karen served as executive vice president and CFO of Cassatt Corporation, a utility computing software start-up she cofounded. Before that, she was CFO and senior vice president of Brio Software (now Oracle) where she led a highly successful IPO and subsequent merger with Sqribe Technologies. Her other leadership roles include executive vice president and CFO of iVAST, president and CEO of Viewcentral, and executive sales and finance positions at Network General Corp., Gupta Inc., Avantek, Inc. (now Agilent) and Ford Motor Company.
Karen is on the Board of Directors of the Forum of Women Entrepreneurs and Executives and an active member of the Silicon Valley Leadership Group. She is a winner of both the YWCA TWIN award and the San Jose Business Journal's 2008 Women of Influence Award. Karen holds a B.S. in Biology from Bucknell University and an M.B.A. from the University of Pittsburgh.

As senior vice president of products and global support services, Susan Davies is responsible for the development and management of Openwave's Messaging, Client and Location product lines, and for worldwide technical support services. In this role, she is charged with cultivating a synergistic product portfolio and directing the product lifecycles and roadmaps for these product lines, managing the delivery, product marketing, support and on-going maintenance. Susan will also drive best practices and increased discipline throughout Openwave, enforcing rigorous standards and improving the overall customer experience.
Susan brings over a decade of global engineering experience, and business process improvement to Openwave. Previously, she served as vice president of corporate quality and customer success at Polycom, Inc., a leader in conferencing equipment and network bridges. Before joining Polycom, Susan had a long career with PeopleSoft and subsequently with Oracle, following PeopleSoft's acquisition. As PeopleSoft's vice president of products and technology quality engineering division, she led the integration discussions between PeopleSoft and Oracle and helped map the organizational structure and quality system processes across the entire Oracle organization.
Susan holds a B. Comm. from University of South Africa.

As senior vice president of worldwide sales, Alan Park is responsible for the successful execution of Openwave's global sales strategy. Alan is a seasoned industry executive with over 28 years of experience starting and managing direct and indirect sales operations, and growing both new and existing accounts.
Before Openwave, Alan served as senior vice president and general manager, field services division for Trimble Mobile Resources Management (formerly @Road, Inc.). Prior to @Road, Alan was president and CEO of Praxid, a provider of hosted business management applications. His other leadership roles include sales and executive management positions at IBM, Compaq, Digital and Sybase, where he sold integrated solutions to companies ranging from the Fortune 500 to small and mid-sized companies.
Alan has a B.S. in finance from Oregon State University, and he is a graduate of the United States Navy Nuclear Power Engineering Officer Program.

In her role as interim vice president of marketing, Kathleen Brush oversees Openwave's corporate, product and channel marketing teams to ensure the right programs, products and communications are in place to meet current and future market needs.
Kathleen comes to us from WebTrends, where she served as interim chief marketing officer. Before that, she served as interim vice president of marketing at WatchGuard. In both these assignments, Kathleen was brought on to create and execute new marketing strategies to restore growth to those companies.
Her other leadership roles include chief executive officer positions at Centor Software and Rogue Wave Software, as well as executive marketing positions at Websense, Stamps.com, Resumix and Seagate Software. She also has extensive international experience, having served as the vice president of European marketing for Boole & Babbage, working out of their Belgium office.
Kathleen has an MBA and a PhD in Management and International Studies, and she has published several articles on business and marketing strategies.

Sean MacNeill is vice president and general manager of Service Management and Global Services for Openwave. Sean is responsible for the planning, development and go-to-market strategy for the company's suite of modular software products and services that bring the web to any mobile device. Prior to this position, Sean was Openewave's VP and GM of sales for the Americas region.
Sean brings over 15 years of experience in general management, strategic planning, product management, sales and operations to Openwave. Prior to joining Openwave, Sean spent seven years at Dynavar Corporation, an integrated communication solutions developer to service providers and large enterprises. As president and chief operating officer, he was responsible for the day-to-day operational, financial, and strategic initiatives and activities of the company. Sean led the sale of Dynavar to Sun Capital Partners who merged Dynavar with Solunet Inc. where he served as chief operating officer.
Before Dynavar, Sean held a variety of senior level management positions in sales, marketing, and operations for such companies as Vocalscape Communications, a VoIP software developer, and Intrinsyc Software, Inc., a mobility software and services company.
Sean holds a B.A. with distinction and an M.B.A. from the University of Victoria in British Columbia, Canada.
