Rich Mail is an AJAX-based, converged communications solution that provides a dynamic Web interface for mobile and broadband operators.
Telecom Italia is integrating Rich Mail to provide a personalized and feature-rich messaging service for its mobile users, strengthening its customer relationship through an innovative end-user experience, and enabling revenue-generating capabilities.
